Cavendish Antiques & Tea Rooms – the sister shop of Bumpstead Antiques & Interiors has been sold and in its present form will close at the end of this Month (April).
After another year of excellent Summer Trading at Cavendish Antiques & Tea Rooms, our Autumn schedule now kicks in (from the 1st October) when we open on Friday & Saturdays 11am – 5pm, Mondays from 2.30pm – 5pm daily AND on the First Sunday of each month when we also offer free “in house” valuations & Consultations with a request that you make a donation to the British Royal Legion for each valuation or series of valuations. Their Official Collection boxes are provided for this purpose.
Just a brief reminder that this coming Sunday (7th February) gives those interested an opportunity to take advantage of a free Valuation/Apraissal of their treasures when both I (Graham) for Furniture, Collectables and objets d’vertu and Jacqui for pictures/Jewellery/collectables will be in attendance at Cavendish Antiques & Tea Rooms, The Green, Cavendish, Suffolk from 11 am – 5 pm for such purpose. All we ask is that you voluntarily give a donation for each valuation to our chosen Charity for 2015/16 “The Royal British Legion” for which their official Collection Box is provided.
Our “first Sunday of the Month free Valuation & Apraissal Day” takes place this coming Sunday, 7th June at Cavendish Antiques & Tea Rooms, The Old Forge Shop, The Green, Cavendish, Suffolk from 11am – 4.30pm where visitors are welcome to bring along their prized possessions for our Valuers to cast their eagle eye over and give their considered opinion (& valuation) on the same.
Come & try our renowned traditional Cream Teas – with possibly the largest Scones you’ve ever seen with lashings of Clotted Cream & a selection of Jams ….Mmmmmm
Easter rapidly approaches and with that the long awaited Spring & Summer Seasons. Hooray!
Whilst not forgetting the meaning of Easter and its very religious significance, to celebrate such Cavendish Antiques & Tea Rooms will be open from Friday 3rd April, Saturday, Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday 6th April from 11am until 5 pm daily serving, as always, freshly made speciality Teas, Gourmet Coffee, Scrumptious Cakes, Cream Teas. “lite lunches” and other refreshments.
Don’t forget our regular “first Sunday of the Month free Valuation & Appraisal Day” falls this Sunday 1st March when Jacqui & I shall be pleased to see anyone who has something they wish to have valued and/or appraised at our Cavendish “Antiques & Tea Rooms” shop ovelooking the Green in the beautiful and historic village of Cavendish, Suffolk, from 11am to 4.30pm.
